Day 7 of 7Day 7
Seven days was just the beginning.
This Morning
You have reached the last day. Not the end. The beginning. Dorothy Rose Tyler did not practice these principles for a week. She practiced them for a century. What you have done this week is not a program you have completed. It is a foundation you have started to build. The question now is not whether you can do seven days. You have already done that. The question is whether you will choose to keep going.
Reflect
Think about the person you were seven days ago. What has shifted, even slightly? What do you see differently? What feels more possible? These shifts are not accidental. They are the result of deliberate practice. Small, daily, consistent practice. That is all it takes. That is all it ever takes. Dorothy knew this. Now you know it too.
Today's Practice
Not a resolution. Not a goal. One specific, daily practice drawn from this week. It can be as simple as writing three things you are grateful for each morning. Or calling one person each week to tell them they matter. Or choosing your attitude before you check your phone. One thing. Specific. Daily. For thirty days. Write it down. Tell someone. Begin tomorrow.
"She left this world better than she found it. That is the only measure that matters."
Kevin J. Durkin, on Dorothy Rose Tyler
You've completed all seven days.
Something is waiting for you.
